Since FF 57 FF only loads one screen and a half or so for viewing. when scrolling down it takes seconds to load the rest of the page. in earlier versions you could simply use the end button to get to the bottom of the screen, now you have to wait a couple of seconds each time. this is very time consuming and diminishing the user experience.

I have this on 3 different computers running windows 10 built: 1703 & 1709 with 8GB ram.

That sure sounds like 'normal' page loading for modern HTML5 webpages so the page initially loads very quickly and as the viewer scrolls down additional information is added. And after 10 or more additional loadings of data a super long page has been loaded. Too much data for a page like that to load all at once with out locking up the browser, so the page creator decided to load a small amount at a time as the viewer reads down the page.

If you disagree with my guess, feel free to provide the URL's for pages where you experience that.

it does not seem normal to me, seems more like i'm back in 1997 on a dial-up line or one a 9200baud modem.

just take any page from tweakers.net like https://tweakers.net/nieuws/135467/eerste-deel-van-elite-dangerous-beyond-komt-volgende-week-uit.html
