Our customers unable to pay invoices via firefox. But they can pay via other browser. When they click on button Pay with card.. There is no response from website. Nothing show up on browser.
Please help me out

Tell your customers;
Make sure you are not blocking content.
Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.
A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

What does it do when they click on the button? Does it do anything or just does nothing or give a message error?

Start your Computer in safe mode with network support. Then start Firefox. Try Safe websites. Is the problem still there?

Since we have already tried the basic troubleshooting , I think I am understanding you are having an issue with your website and it's compatibility with Firefox. Just to make sure it is a code issue, can you please verify that it also work in other browsers?
If it does, you are going to want to open up Tools > Web Developer Tools
Two errors I see right away is that your mixed content is being blocked. You can enable it in Firefox https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/mixed-content-blocking-firefox#w_unb...
The second issue is that the HTML type on that page is not being properly declared. If the pay now button is using a different encoding, it will not work. https://www.w3.org/International/ques.../qa-html-encoding-declarations
Can you elaborate more on what errors you see in the Web Console when you click on "Pay Now"?
I think it might be a compatibility issue, but I am not sure, the network is not blocking it, it seems like the script or page functionality is. Please do report back with that information and we can point you in the right direction where to get help with this.
