Hello, suddenly Firefox doesn't open anymore. When I try to launch it normally, with double click on icon nothing happens, just 2 or 3 seconds of blue circle in mouse arrow and then nothing. When I try to lauch firefox using the following command line: firefox.exe -P I receive crash report and crash code is the following: bp-4193a9f8-586d-442a-85d9-bc01c1180215 Crash window says the following (is in italian because I am italian):

Siamo spiacenti

Firefox ha riscontrato un problema imprevisto e si è chiuso. Al riavvio l'applicazione cercherà di ripristinare le schede e le finestre. Per aiutarci a individuare e risolvere il problema è possibile inviare una segnalazione per questo blocco.

I unistalled firefox using revo uninstaller, then clean registry using wise registry cleaner and then install firefox again but the problem not solves.

I don't know what to do anymore...

Thanks in advance for help

Chosen solution

Start your Computer in safe mode with network support. Then start Firefox. Try Safe websites. Is the problem still there?

If there is still a problem,

Let’s do a full clean re-install;

Download Firefox For All languages And Systems {web link}

Save the file. Then Close Firefox.

Using your file browser, open the Programs Folder on your computer.

Windows: C:\Program Files C:\Program Files (x86)

Mac: Open the "Applications" folder. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/how-download-and-install-firefox-mac

Linux: Check your user manual. If you installed Firefox with the distro-based package manager, you should use the same way to uninstall it. See Install Firefox on Linux; https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/install-firefox-linux

If you downloaded and installed the binary package from the Firefox download page, simply remove the folder Firefox in your home directory. http://www.mozilla.org/firefox#desktop ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Look for, and remove any Mozilla or Firefox program folders. Do not remove the Mozilla Thunderbird folder if there is one.

Do Not remove the profiles folder.

After rebooting the computer, run a registry scanner if you have one. Then run the installer. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++ If there is a problem, start your Computer in safe mode and try again.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Hello, first of all thanks for your answer. Unfortunately firefox doesn't start neither in safe mode, for this reason I can't follow your suggest. I tried all possible solutions I found in internet and in Firefox official support but no one worked.
