My "Send Tab to Device" shows a device not listed in "Devices & apps". How can I fix this? I want to remove the device from the "Send Tab to Device" list.

In my "Devices & apps" I have three devices (the correct number), yet whenever I want to send a tab to a different device I get three devices in the "Send Tab to Device" list (the other two + a phantom device). How do I get rid of the phantom device? If I have three devices, I should only be seeing two in that list. Could signing out of all devices at the same time solve the issue?
