I lost my hard drive on my laptop and need to restore my information I have all of my computers on sync also my smartphone. I did have a problem with logging in, forgot my password it was change my other devices are still under the old password I did check to see my other devices they did not show up I know that this maybe a time waiting issue or the password change. thanks for your help Dwight

If you forgot the password and have reset the password then all data on the Sync server ha been removed. If there are other devices connected to the same Sync account then you need to wait until the initial Sync has finished. All connected devices need to use the same Sync password, so you need to recover the Sync password from one of the other devices and use that to connect to the Sync account.
