Assuming you have signed into the same Firefox account on both devices, I recommend saving a bookmark on the desktop copy of Firefox, turning on your mobile device, after a short while and then forcing a sync as you have been.

This should work, but if not, please come back here and we can look into a different solution for you.

Nope, did not work. Waited 10 minutes and restarted phone. No bookmarks. When I hit Sync now, it takes about 2 seconds to reset, I know that's not right. Just can't figure out why it's not working.

[Supposing that you are logged in with the same account in Firefox Android, and PC] Go to "Settings" and click on ypur account to open "Sync Settings". Make sure "Bookmarks" is checked and click on "Sync Now". Check if your bookmarks are now in your Android...

?? This not working is why I am here.

Only Bookmarks aren't syncing or Sync is not working at all? Ex. Try to send a tab to another device... Probably it's a bug anly for your phone model.

It's not working at all. It finishes in 2 seconds, and I have no bookmarks, no tabs, no imported history. Nothing.
