new message page has no menu's can not turn it on

when in TB inbox, select "WRITE" to create new message, two menu lines are missing, (compared with other PC) obviously the "SEND" command is missing as well, can not find a way to activate it. Thank you

Chosen solution

The Alt key reveals hidden Menu Bars and has done so since the beginning of Windows. When the Menu Bar appears go to View-Toolbars and turn the missing Toolbars back on.

THANK YOU FOR YOUR INPUT. I DID SOLVE THE PROBLEM BEFORE I SAW YOUR RECOMMENDATION, BY REBOOTING WITH OUT ADD ON'S AND A CHOICE TO REPAIR BECAME AVAILABLE, WHICH WORKED. THANK YOU.
