Usually what happens is that there is a kind of animation of the download arrow on the toolbar to indicate that your downloads have been completed.

Are you using any add-ons or custom styles that modify or replace the download arrow with another kind of indicator?

I fixed it! You were right, it was from another custom downloader I was using in my browser. I disabled it, and Voila! Problem solved. Thanks!
