I want to increase font size in toolbar/menubar and tab headings on a Mac.

I was using the theme for increasing the font before FF57, I have made some universal changes via Apple preferences, FF preferences and and although the changes made in FF preferences only seems to increase font size within the preference pages. I do see that at the top of this page the "Contributor Tools", my user name and "inbox" seem to be a larger font.
