how to force a bookmark update on quantum firefox?

so i have my sync turned on but i have added some bookmarks on my chrome bookmark bar, however this doenst show in firefox, what can i do to update the bookmarks and other sync stuff.

Firefox Sync doesn't sync with your Google account, even if you use your Gmail address as your login for your Firefox Sync account. I don't know if that is a feature which is planned for the future.
