Is this with a Mozilla forum or sync?

If a forum; login and access your profile.


Resetting the sync password, or changing its e-mail, will remove all data from the servers.

Mozilla Firefox has an old email for me. It's grayed out on my profile, so I cannot update it to a working email. That is all this problem is. I want to provide Mozilla Firefox with a working email, that is all.
