Tabs open but pages do not load after restoring session in Firefox 57.0 for Android

I noticed this issue after updating to Firefox 57.0 on Android. If you have tabs open when closing Firefox, the tabs are restored when Firefox is reopened (as expected); however, none of the pages actually loads. The URLs are present for every tab, but the pages are blank. Refreshing or closing/reopening the tabs does not work. I noticed that the tabs in this state have the circular icon next to the URL, rather than the lock (see attached image).

Copying and pasting the URLs into new tabs will load the pages normally. But this is a pain if you regularly have a significant number of tabs open and want to retain their order.

Note: Tab restoration works just fine on Firefox 57 (desktop).
