OK, Updated FF64 to Ver. 57. Top tool bar with Files, views, tools, help, etc is black with dark gray lettering. Cannot change it. No it is NOT my windows 10 pro default All tabs except active tab are black with gray lettering.

Finally deduced : CULPRIT = COLORFUL TABS Disabled above add-on/extension and all is better
