My 'Save Image' page is maximised and can't be resized.

I'm not sure if this is Firefox or Windows, (but it did happen the first time I used Firefox Quantum).

When I move my cursor to the sides, bottom or corner, I get the resize arrows, but when I try to change the the size by clicking and dragging, it has no effect.

If I wanted every file in a folder to be displayed every time I try to save something, Iwould scroll down, not maximise my folder, I'm not certain that I didn't maximise it by accident, but that shouldn't matter anyway as I should be able to resize it like all my other windows, (which are still working fine in this respect).

If this is a Windows problem perhaps you could pass this on to them, but, as mentioned before, it did coincide with my first use of the new version of Firefox, (which I don't like the look of much by the way).

Any help would be greatly appreciated as this is a small but very irritating problem, which makes me less keen to browse with Firefox.
