When on Comcast email site icons at top of page do not show like on other Comcast pages. Have this prob on other pages w/ bottons not showing. Fix?

There is a black bar across the top of Comcast web pages that allow navigation to features such as email, watch TV, home, etc. These do not appear on Comcast email page at all. They do on IE. Also. I've noticed buttons on pages do not appear on Mozilla and do on IE. I use ABP and have tried turning it off on those pages, but all that happens is the ads pop back up.
