My tabs and title bar are black, with grey writing. I can't see them, only the active tab is colored. How do I fix this?

I have tried to change to the default light theme, and I've tried to choose a different light theme from options. However, while that works when I'm on the add=ons themes menu, it reverts to black and gray once I start using the browser. I can't even see the restore/resize/x at the top right corner, because that seems to be black on black. I can't see anything.
