Can I use Multiple Tab Handler to suspend selected tabs with Tab Suspender?

I have installed both of these add-ons and I like them. Multiple Tab Handler lets me select mupltiple tabs and choose a preferred action for them. But there is not the action to suspend the selected tabs. Using Tab Suspender to do this won't help, because with Tab Suspender I can either suspend ALL tabs and then unsuspend the ones I would like unsuspended or suspend each tab I would like suspended, ONE BY ONE. That is really inconvenient. So, the question, in fact, is whether these two add-ons can work together or not.
