My bookmarks and the bookmark icon are missing after you forced me to update

When you forced the update my bookmarks and the icon for them are missing and I have no way to find them, I do not appreciate that you changed my system without my OK  !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The Bookmarks menu icon can be found in Customization palette (Options --> Customize). Just drag it out onto your toolbar.

There is no customize tab in options

Sorry, pointed you to the wrong place. 3-bar menu --> Customize. or right click an empty space in the toolbar and click Customize.

I was able to get the bookmark icon but the bookmarks are still gone How do I find them??????
