How do I make the Mac menu bar not cover the tabs in full screen mode on Firefox Quantum?

When using full screen on Safari and Chrome, the tab bar shifts down when the Menu bar is shown. On Firefox the menu bar just covers the whole top section of the browser when your mouse goes to the tabs and it's really annoying. Is there a way to fix this?
