This is best done at your providers server. Log into your account at your providers Webmail site and look for that option.
Airmail: the solution is not possible.
It is an old email account of which i cannot login at the provider anymore since my account is outdated, and service caceekled but I receive still mail on this account , which i would like to forward for backup and security.
You can do it with filters but it is not the best way of doing it. Your computer must be on and Thunderbird running. Read this thread. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/questions/1157749
