Is there a way to backout all the changes that the Firefox made by reseting itself?

more options

I was in Firefox ver. 56.0.2 while it was slowly loading, i noticed a message at the bottom of the screen stating something like "SLOW LOADING, LEARN HOW TO INCREASE YOUR FIREFOX SPEED BY DOING THE FOLLOWING". I believe it had me reset itself and other things. It did create a FILE FOLDER with that dates date. I'm assuming that this is a log of what it did. I don't know if there is an automated way of backing out of everything it did. Then hopefully my 2010 Outlook will work again. Thanks, Jean Cell: let me know if you need it.

In what way is Outlook 2010 not working? Do you get the error message described in this article: How to switch from 32-bit to 64-bit Firefox?

You can make selective use of settings files in the Old Firefox Data folder that Refresh places on your desktop, or you can try a wholesale restoration of everything as of the moment of the Refresh. There's no one-click method for either of those.
