How does one go backward or forward one page on the mobile phone?

I don't seem to be able to find where the function is.

Hi Healee. As on any web browser you should see at minimum an arrow pointing to the left in the upper left corner next to the URL address. If your able to customize the layout platform on your smartphone as you are on desktop, in the lower left corner of the "customization" screen (the drop down that comes from pressing the series of 3 lines one on top of the other and pressing customize) there is an option to add toolbars, search bars etc. It's there you will find additional options, one of which allows for back/fwd. Also, depending on your smartphone manufacturer you can always utilize the "return" found on the right of your home screen button.

Nowhere does it look like the browser on a desktop. Please see attached.

Yes, the return button only brings back the previous page. What about going forward after going backward?

I'm pretty blurred with the customization. Should all the basic buttons, such as these and refresh etc be there by default?
