Since update yesterday, 10-13, system has crashed, completely, sometimes screen goes dark them maybe 20 or 30 sec later comes back onand program continues.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

this is home, same environment as several updates back, was working perfectly until last update installed yes eve, 10-13. This is hapening randomly, may work ok for an hr or more, has only completely crshed once, but screen goes dark in middle of program, maybe netflix, or some other vidio. then 20 or 30 sec later resumes at point left off, but have to hit the start again.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most recent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box and paste them in.
