I am using Firefox 56 and Win 7 and when I tried to access MSN this morning and I got the message that you see in the attached screenshot. I did not have this problem yesterday. While troubleshooting each addon I found that if I disable Adblock Plus for MSN I can then access it. This website is the only problem that I cannot access with doing this. I tried Google Chrome and IE 11 and I can get MSN with Adblock Plus activated. Why is Firefox 56 not allowing access to MSN with Adblock Plus turned on when the other browsers do.

I seem to have solved the problem by disabling ABP everywhere and installing uBlock Origin but still would like to know if others are experiencing the problem with ABP and is there a solution.

You made the right decision, cause uBlock Origin is way better than
AdBlock Plus, for many reasons. At the moment AdBlock Plus can't even guarantee that they will migrate their add-on to Webextension, then there's the fact that ABP causes problems on a regular basis, plus it uses more RAM than uBlock Origin.

So, all and all : good choice and well done  !

You can look at uBlock Origin as a replacement for Adblock Plus to see if that works better.
