Moving to Thunderbird support.

If a line on the about:crashes page doesn't start with "bp-" then click the line to submit the report and the link will be updated and gets a "bp-" prefix if the report is submitted successfully.

  • please do not add the "bp-" prefix yourself

Cannot open thunderbird at all, so I can't get to about:crashes. I get the attached message. I have on this computer XP and the crash occured after I "cleaned" the registry.

Do you also crash if you start in safe mode?

Hard to help you if you do not reply.

To get your crash IDs without starting Thunderbird see https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/mozilla-crash-reporter-tb#w_viewing-reports-outside-of-thunderbird
