I recently installed Firefox, but Chrome and IE were already installed. Firefox has elements I would like to use, but messed up my computer so bad I had to uninstall. What to do?

Please explain the problem in detail. What happens? Error messages?
If you reinstall Firefox, make sure to install only from Mozilla's site, and consider running some malware cleaners if you previously installed an unofficial bundle.
