adobeflash players stops working when i toggle between tabs

Hey Guys and Gals, i am not very computer savvy. I like to play Bingo Blitz and Bingo Bash games in Facebook. what i used to do was open 2 tabs, set Blitz on one tab and Bash on the other, and jump between games. but for some reason since the last update of Firefox, i can no longer achieve this. If i start off on Blitz and move across to the tab with bash open when I return, the tab with the Blitz open it has frozen and I am unable to play it and have to close it. I have ticked and unticked everything i can think of, but with no luck. I have refreshed and restarted Firefox, I have installed the latest adobe flash player, and not sure what to do next. Can Anyone help?
