This may be a Win 10 issue. I called for more help.

This could be a problem with a specific font.

Did you recently install or update any font(s)?

You can try to disable hardware acceleration in Firefox.

  • Options/Preferences -> Advanced -> General -> Browsing: "Use hardware acceleration when available"

You need to close and restart Firefox after toggling this setting.

You can check if there is an update for your graphics display driver and check for hardware acceleration related issues.

You can check for issues caused by plugins.

  • set plugins (Flash) to "Ask to Activate" on the about:addons page ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Plugins)
  • plugins are not affected by Firefox Safe Mode

Ok done, I didnt install any new fonts but installed a video converting program. The display driver is up to date. I will check for hardware acceleration issues indicated. Thanks.
