When I click on new write new message' there is no task bar to click on 'send'

When I click on new write new message' there is no task bar to click on 'send'

Chosen solution

press F10 to display the original menu bar, select view and choose toolbars.

Personally I turn them all on, but I like having menus as well as toolbars.
