uninstalled firefox (crashing) wont re-install. HELP!!!

Hi, make sure you uninstalled completely (no need to remove your Profile) - Uninstall Firefox from your computer

Now reinstall from https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/

Thank you for that. Before hearing back (from you), I (4th time) shut computer down. Firefox then installed. Shutdown voodoo, I guess. The new install IS faster, better, stronger!
