I have been trying to sync my android Huawei Y6 to my laptop. I also can't log in. I tried resetting pw for rjcraigs@hotmail.com but it rejects pw on login..

I just tried to follow instructions to log in on my phone to the new Firefox Support Account and it says access denied. Again.

Make sure you allow cookies for the accounts.firefox.com domain if you aren't allowing cookies generally or use extensions that deal with cookies.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode to check if one of the extensions ("3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Extensions) or if hardware acceleration is causing the problem.

  • switch to the DEFAULT theme: "3-bar" menu button or Tools -> Add-ons -> Appearance
  • do NOT click the "Refresh Firefox" button on the Safe Mode start window
