How to Remove the maximize/minimize buttons but keep the close button

I would like to know how to remove the maximize/minimize buttons but keep the close button of the Firefox Window. I tried to edit the Userchrome.css file using the following, but it removes all three buttons (in full screen only).

  1. autohide-context { display:none!important; } /* hide context menuitem "Exit Full Screen Mode" */
  2. window-controls { display:none!important; } /* hide window controls in full screen mode */

Is there a way to only remove minimize and maximize buttons when not in full screen (or in full screen). Setting the parameter set browser.tabs.drawInTitlebar to true or false does not impact the buttons.

Any help appreciated!
