How do I enable JavaScript in TOR browser?

Since upgrading to latest version of the TOR browser, I can't load ProtonMail. I get a message saying I must enable JavaScript first. I can't find out how to do that in any of the (very limited) TOR help places. Since TOR is based on Firefox, I'm hoping you can tell me how to enable JavaScript in both Firefox and TOR. The instructions I found for Firefox don't work even for Firefox! (there is no box to check to enable JavaScript in option>content.

Hi   !

In Firefox JavaScript is (or should be) enabled by default. You can check this to make sure :

Type in the address bar   about:config   (press Enter) Type and look for the preference : javascript.enabled and if it's value is set to 'false', change it to true
