Hi 

     I'm locked out of my account because I could not remember my password.  How do I go about getting my account back.  I have a lot of old emails and photos in there I saved.  Please get back to me at the yahoo address I provided.

Hi, you don't say what account. If it's Firefox, see I've lost my Firefox Sync account information - What to do

If it's some other account that has locked you out and you remember the password, try waiting - say 24hrs, then have another go. There is usually a 'Forgotten Password' link on most sign-in pages.
