I would like to login at http://live.audials.com/en#!radio. But when I click on the login field or any other field there is not reaction. I have removed Firefox and my profile completely and also tried the save mode, but without success. I am using Firefox 53.0.3 (64-bit) from PortableApps. I confirmed that this version works correctly with this website at 3 other computers. But on a 4th computer the buttons do not react. However, the time and song titles are still updated correctly.

How can I debug this and get it working?

I tried the link and had no problem. I clicked in the 'radio' list and it worked fine. BTW, I did not see anywhere to 'login.'

Thanks for your info, but I have seen it working on three other computers, too. I am look for debugging instructions to get this working and playing on a machine where it doesn't work. The "sign in" button is at the bottom left.

Are you using any programs that block content?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

As I mentioned above I tried the safe mode and a fresh installation already but it doesn't help!

I need debugging ideas how to figure out which part of the page fails. But I don't know how to obtain this from the Firefox build in developer tools.

I have to switch to Full Screen mode to see the login button. Otherwise it appears to be covered by the menu.

This login button looks like a normal button to me. The website disables the right-click context menu, so I need to block this to make it possible to use Inspector (dom.event.contextmenu.enabled = false).

I use RightToClick, but it's no longer available. I also zoomed out the page.

The green "Sign In" button is there and is working for me:

A few days ago it started working again. I don't know if it was related to a Firefox update or it started working before. Now I am using Firefox 54.0.1 (64-bit).
