How do I get the new tab tiles to display a different thumbnail / an icon?

Some websites like Netflix always get the most awkward, ugly screenshots as a thumbnail so I was wondering if there was a way to switch it out for the classic Netflix banner or at least a better thumbnail.

I have also seen a lot of websites like Wikipedia being represented by a banner not a thumbnail.
