Tabs are a mess; overlapping transparent, cannot see or find anything.

I cannot navigate or see what tabs are what anymore. Started about 2 or 3 weeks ago. Don't even want to open FF anymore because of it. HELP Enable/disabled tab. Restarted several time. Defaults.
