Firefox ESR not storing the cache

Hi Team,

We are using the Firefox ESR browser on windows 7 platform and it is not storing website cache.

This issue is for entire Bangladesh and China country in our organization.

So, kindly provide the solution for this.

Consider it an urgent request !

Would you check these settings, please :
3-bar menu => Options => Privacy => under History - Use custom settings for history :
Uncheck : 'Always use Private Browsing mode' check : 'Remember my browsing and download history' check : 'Remember search and form history' check : 'Accept cookies from sites'

Hi I am not entirely sure, from your brief comment exactly what the problems are that you are experiencing.

Are individual users installing and setting up their Firefox ESR browsers themselves or are you running the deployment  ?

Have you got Firefox ESR deployed in other countries and is that working ok ? You may already be aware of this article:
