Ho to remove premieropinion from firefox on mac?

MBP 5,1, 10.9 5, FF 51.0.1 This is in extensions. no remove button, not in the extension folder (in library). Ive remove all the other stuff with clamxav. I just cant seem to remove this!! FF has it disabled. Tried: new profile safe mode

Terminal reports "WARNING unsigned" when I was doing new profile in FF. any ides welcome! Thank you! brad p
