Won't remember passwords. I check box to remember password but every time I open browser the box is unchecked again.

The browser will save passwords for that session but not keep the setting for the next browser setting.

Note: Some software, like Advanced SystemCare with Surfing Protection, can protect files in the Firefox profile folder against changes. If you have such software then check the settings or uninstall this software.
