Netflix speed options CNTRL + SHIFT +ALT +S produce different results on Different PC Version 45.6.0

I purchased a new PC hoping to get a better Picture than an older one. Both PC's use 45.6.0

Log on to (10 things I hate about ) NETFLIX and "CNTRL + SHIFT +ALT +S" Option on New PC 2150 on old 4420

PS Chrome gives 2150 on Both so Firefox is the better way to view I can tell the quality.

The newer PC uses Winds 10 ( newer Build ) than the older PC using Windows 10

Is there any place to Look ?

i looked at trouble shouting info i looked at add on s and made sure they had the same

I contacted Netflix on line - No help

Windows 10 - any things that I should / not have
