When I have a page up that includes a video, the Windows blue circle comes up and continues rotating.

It appears that whenever I have a page up in Firefox, such as the Los Angeles Times, where the page includes a video, my cursor starts agitating and the blue Windows circle comes up and agitates as well. This continues until I go to another page that does not include a video.

Also, whenever I have this circumstance, even though I minimize Firefox, the cursor and blue circle continue on pages of other programs. It is only when I get out of the page that includes the video that the wobbling stops.

This condition occurs on all websites that have a page with a video, or perhaps some other condition that I am not perceiving.
