I suggest that after posting a question, you bookmark your post's link because the Support Forum can hard to follow up at times.

Do not forget to tell them a bit about your OS system because they are so many around it be make it hard for them to make good suggestions. I know because I have tried a bit to help people. lol

Look on top where you see your username as you can then view your Profile where there are search links to your threads and posts.

The right of your OP shows your More System details based on your useragent and you can also add details then also.
