</p><p>Anyhow, turns out after cleaning out my folders, installing the 32 bit FireFox (even on a 64bit machine) and not transferring anything over from other browsers, the lag seems to be non-existent. However, I will also try that pipelining thing.

Chrome can smooth scroll the same website all day, up and down without any stuttering.
