Firefox reports corrupt files and won't play our mp4s on http://www.christiansciencepgh.org/WeeklyLessons.shtml. They will play on other browsers like Safari.

When I try to watch a video in Firefox for Windows (on Windows 7), the "Web Console" has this explanation:
Media resource http://www.christiansciencepgh.org/PowerPoint/Nov2015_Mortal_Immort.mp4 could not be decoded.
I'm not sure why that is. Firefox seems to be giving up rather soon, after getting about about 67KB out of 18000KB. Perhaps there is something in that initial "header" area that Firefox doesn't recognize.
When this has come up in the past, it sometimes is caused by using an encoding that Firefox doesn't support. For this video, VLC shows the code is mp4v rather than H.264. Perhaps that's the issue.
Does this mean I should redo the videos using H.264? ...or should it be smaller? What formats will Firefox take? The files are PowerPoints converted to mp4. I'm building the site in Dreamweaver CC.

Could you try re-encoding one of them as H.264 (okay to have a .mp4 file extension) to see whether it works better? If not, maybe it's the converter.
OK, Did that and it played on Firefox and Safari; however it is small and the aspect ratio is not correct. Tried different ways to handle the aspect ratio and the dissolve look horrible. Any other ideas to keep the quality?
Thanks for all the help -- I ran several tests and will need to find out how to get better quality dissolves. I tried several things and the message was "corrupt files." Right now I need to do another project. Will we be able to talk about this again? I left up something that would play on Firefox.
I don't know much about converting PowerPoint presentations to video. I generally prefer to post them to a OneDrive folder and share them from there because Microsoft has a nice viewer. Example (rather old now...):
