Firefox 50.0.2 not storing Security Exception on new WIN10 machine

Blocked from going to internal company web site. Can only get through by adding security exception - BUT HAVE to UNCHECK BOX "Permanently store this Exception" - to continue to site. With BOX checked, it does not go through.

AND of course, the next time I need to go to the same site, must go through adding exception again.

Other browsers do not have this problem. Nor did FF50.X on WIN7 machine.
