Hi all

I am using Firefox 50.0.2 on Linux MInt 18 Cinnamon, Nvidia Proprietary 304.98. I'm also using 1920x1024 res with Hardware Accel activated.

Overview:

Slightly sluggish opening folders etc, also some folders pixelate, occassionally. Browsing is unpredicable, either usable, but not as good as it should be, or rather slow. Also Tabs take 5-10 seconds to re-open.

I believe it may have something to do with the age of the GPU Geforce 210 and driver. it not working well with the latest LM 18 and Firefox.

Judging by the screenshot included, there is no Hardware Acceleration etc.

Would it be wise to buy a new Nvidia gpu that has the latest proprietary driver included firstly.
