My master password was reset and now I can't change it. I wasn't the one who reset it.
I've recently realized that my master password prompt that I have been using for years isn't showing up. When I try to change it I get the message that it cannot be changed. What is going on?!

Is this about the master password for the Firefox Password Manager?
You can try to rename/remove the logins.json and key3.db files in the Firefox profile folder to reset the Password Manager. Note that you lose all stored passwords, but they were probably already lost if the master password was reset and you do not have a backup of the logins.json and key3.db files.
