Is this about the master password for the Firefox Password Manager?

You can try to rename/remove the logins.json and key3.db files in the Firefox profile folder to reset the Password Manager. Note that you lose all stored passwords, but they were probably already lost if the master password was reset and you do not have a backup of the logins.json and key3.db files.
