missing software security device

With locally installed FF45 and above we have missing self signed certificates in the Certificate Manager, under the authorities section. We have FF47 deployed ia Softgrid, and it is experiencing the same issue.

It appears that the Software Security Device certificates are missing, but I am still investigating. It could be our companies internally signed SHA-1 certificates have been deleted.

We have had at least 50 users impacted in the past week, out of a pool of 25,000. I however suspect the number is higher. When our Service Desk was asked if they had seen this issue, I was told they hadn't
