Can't use page up/page down buttons or type in text fields on certain websites...

I can still type here and can still use the search bar. But I can't scroll or type in certain specific pages.

I have sensory processing issues, and need several add-ons and user styles to block strobing, animation, etc. So please don't ask me to use safe mode or refresh Firefox; it isn't safe for me.
